Unlock Your Creativity
A Journey of Artistic
Self-Discovery for Women

Week 1
In our opening session this week, we embarked on a journey to nurture and awaken our creative selves. We explored the importance of creating a sacred space for our artistic endeavors, whether it's a dedicated room, a cozy corner, or even a special notebook. We delved into the power of daily creative practices and discussed ways to nourish our inner artist.
Our main focus was on five symbolic elements to incorporate into our personal "creative shrines": the guiding Inner Star, the inspiring Dream Vision, the reflective Mirror, the grounding Tree of Life, and the wise Elephant. These symbols serve as touchstones for our creative journey, helping us tap into our authenticity, envision our goals, practice self-compassion, connect with something larger than ourselves, and make wise choices about our creative work.
The slides below give a more comprehensive overview of our first week together, setting the stage for the creative adventures that lie ahead.
Week 2
This week we focused on nurturing artistic expression and establishing sustainable creative practices. Key concepts from authors like Stephen Pressfield, Julia Cameron, Austin Kleon, and James Clear were introduced to address creative blocks and build positive habits. These included understanding resistance, nurturing the inner artist, creating without fear of consequences, and implementing the four laws of behavior change for habit formation.
Practical exercises included a childhood memories reflection for creative inspiration and suggestions for a visual tracking system to celebrate progress. The session blended theoretical concepts with actionable strategies, aiming to help participants overcome creative barriers and develop more consistent, joyful creative practices.
